We love this land and we have cared for every detail of this house to make it a welcoming retreat in the heart of the Po Delta. A single room with its own terrace, a garden that changes with the seasons and a wholesome breakfast to start the day right. We hope you will feel at home from the very first moment.

This place is exceptional in every way possible. Sergio, the owner, was fantastic. Breakfast caters for every possible taste, including a homemade Italian-style apple pie which was scrumptious! Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. It's in a quiet rural area but easy to get to town, with lots of local tips on where to eat.
Even before arriving I knew we would get on with Sergio and his family. He went out of his way to accommodate my vegan husband's needs. We were treated like family, rather than B&B guests! The place itself was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed. A perfect stay!
We loved everything! This place has everything you can wish for: an extremely clean room, an amazing garden, delicious treats for breakfast and a perfectly equipped kitchen. Plus, the family is absolutely fantastic and always makes you feel at home!
